3 packs in and I crash to desktop.
Farming consumables to lose endlessly to crashes is so frustrating, im just so sick and tired of these crashes.
Never had any crashes before the expansion.
Same story, I decided play till the first crash then pause till the next patch. PC with 64 gb ram and 4070.
Never play while they are deploying a hotfix; frequently results in crashes on PC.
Oh, didn’t know their was a hotfix since there was no in game warning/notice? Yeah, me either…
It was actually improving until this latest 59269 patch today. I had no unexpected crash and D4 memory footprint was improved and it was consuming more much slower. Was able to restart when close to that point.
This last patch has bloated that footprint back up by 2-4Gb and increasing faster during gameplay inducing to crash faster due to still existent memory leak. And now crash for no reason, the one where you stand in town or scan the map and be thrown to the desktop again.

It could be that you have same hardware as QAs.
They should make all these elixirs/buff stick even when you logout.
I’ld play season 5 with party finder instead of this.
I have yet to crash this season… some bad rubber-banding this week but no crashing.
DLSS off, Frame limits set to monitor max, windows application buffer set to double default (you can look this up yourself).
Sucks to burn potions then crash though. ugh.
Thank’s for attempt to help. Nothing helps, I won’t try brut force gpu drivers. Frame rate is limited, settings at medium DLSS off. Haven’t played any other game with such poor quality I can compare it only with scratched CD, what ever you do the game crashes.
Normally I’d say it might be CPU or Memory timings are too ‘tight’ but seeign how this is effecting a lot of people it def points to the game… specially if last season ran fine. ugh.
RIP another set of consumables… I think Ill play some overwatch 2 for a bit, maybe setting people on fire with Torbjorn’s Ult will make me feel better LMAO

came back after some overwatch 2, got my buffs up, found an XP well and did some hordes. All were really bad RNG, last one was great double elites and 10 either per aether monster… into GAME CRASH…
