The combat is overall better/smoother in D4, in my opinion. However, if you continue playing LE, you will get used to it probably to a point where it won’t bother you. At least this was the case for me in cycle 1. The skills and the builds, though, are insanely better than in D4! I had an absolute blast in cycle 1 with 3 different classes - lightning marksman, cold marksman and falconer. The explosive trap-detonating arrow was amazing! I wish D4 had the opportunity for such builds.
