-A Gurubashi-style arena in a jungle would be awesome (possible unique reward chest or something similar if you survive/win)
-Partying system in small areas of the jungle (King of the Hill theme with good ilvl gear chest rewards, or a big pack of treasure goblins)
-New standard PVP zone, similar to base version of D4 but with some more piz-zazz

PvP right now is so boring.
They should change some things and/or add some things to PvP.
Maybe even a whole PvP season would be an idea?! If done well, that season could be very exciting.
A bunch of tryhards running around with immortal builds… ya… superfun…
Or like… they can spend their time making content that more than 0.01% of the player population will interact with.
Do you have any idea how dumb it is for people farming whispers for some goofball to be running around killing people just trying to finish the alter for 3 whispers.
It’s literally the most degenerate of gameplay.
If Blizzard for whatever reason did a PVP season, the game would die. Nobody cares about PVP in Diablo. Those who do are just the ones who get laughed out of Call of Duty or whatever so they resort to killing PvE’ers in Diablo.
Sounds like you aren’t a fan of the current PVP, that’s fair, I agree, I don’t play in the current PVP either, big big D2 dueler “back in the day” though pre-enigma’s and all that.
Would love to see D4 PVP shine, so it doesn’t make sense to me that you are getting so worked up and huffy-puffy over someone just providing suggestions to make aspects of this game more-fun.

Does it technically exist? Sure I guess…
But it’s something nobody cares about.
Why spend time creating content for something so imbalanced that nobody cares about?

You can’t really have a fun PvP experience here, there’s no more customization like you had in d2. You either play meta or you lose. It’s boring
The most people I’ve seen in the current PvP zones at one time is 2 other people. It makes little to no sense for Blizzard to create a new zone, or really focus on anything PvP when it seems like a fraction of 1% even bother with PvP as is.
PvP zones are lame and no one participates in them. They should enable open world PvP or add PvP servers and allow more than 12 players in an area.
To be fair, they have to create it for people to use it. Having a half-baked system in a couple isolated areas isn’t providing much of an incentive. Just like how no one uses the general chat because there is no general chat channel.
PVP is meaningles. For sure there go only abused child’s with seriously mental problems. To do something full of angrily with no goal tell a lot of players who use it.
I’d support more for PVP.
I’ve only ran around those zones just for fun or goodies, but I understand many folks enjoy it. I got killed, and I killed. So, it’s not a big deal to give the PVP fans more.
Just don’t balance around PVP. I think most of those players are smart enough to figure how to combat certain builds anyway.
Oh! Yeah! I hope it brings the option to kill the open world leechers on hardcore anywhere in the open world. I F-ing like them so much. On Diablo 2 hardcore you can become hostile to them and they just leave the game. Here? There is no even an FU emote for the emote wheel…
PvP exists and it acts as a final endgame activity where ppl want to check their pve effort, fighting humans rather brainless mobs.
I don’t know where you conclude the 1% of ppl care. Have you made a voting pol or so?
I agree that few ppl do pvp, because since launch, no update was done for that. But if they put arenas like immortal, be sure that there will be a lot of ppl where would like to do it.

Kinda lame system for casuals, same as BGs and skirmishes in WoW.

They did say they were bringing updates to PvP but no detail’s as of yet.

never heard this… but if immortal has good pvp, their flagship game diablo 4 should also.
I don’t know why they don’t just offer an opt in PVP switch like in WOW. Then you can PVP anywhere all the time until your heart’s content. Imagine PVP in a helltide. Offer titles and PVP only rewards. Bingo. PVP is now better.

I doubt it but if they do making it a battleground type deal you have to queue for would be ideal.
