How do I build an Earthquake Barbarian? I saw a passive that has Leap create Earthquakes, is that the starting point? I’m confused.
Typically, Earthquake builds end up getting rid of Leap. Using Lunging Strike with Moni Tec Runes. Moni gives you Offering when you cast 2 Movement Abilities, which LS counts as one. Rupture with Executioners will give you faster EQs as Rupture is guaranteed to Overpower (also gives you 40% IAS, Bleed, and if you use Rage of Harrogath will reset all Skill CDs, oh and gives you Warpath OP Damags Bonus).
You want 100% chance to spawn double EQs and Temper as much as possible in Heavy Hitter Passive that gives your Ults and EQs/DDs extra Damage. Meta uses CoTA with Arreats for more EQs.
Aspect of Earthquakes, Rumble, EQ Paragon Board, Executioners are all vital. Pit Fighter and Damage to Close to cap multiplicative EQ damage.
There are like 40 guides out there, but that is it in a nutshell. You can start with Leap/Ground Stomp and Rupture if you have Aspect of Earthquakes and Executioner. Use the GS upgrade to lower Ult CD and use CoTA. Helps to have Arreats Binding which is normally easy to get.

Though it is sad that all barb build paths lead to EQ. Doesn’t leave much build diversity for the endgame, and season 9 looks like EQ will be getting nerfed with no real help for other barb build types.

did you not slap on that poison boss power and make things bleed this season? you dont even need to put in paragon points.
