How does that work when i allready have prepuchaed the game? will it a second account show up on the loader?

At the top where your name is - hit the logout button and simply log in on the other email you used. Hope u did use a secondary email ?
I also imagine u will need 2 copies of the install folder with 2 seperate EXEs . Thats how it worked for me with D2r … Name the 2nd folder - D4 copy2 or somesuch…
