I hate runes and I hope they are seasonal

I hate how mythic crafting requires specific runes. I have a pile of duplicate mythics and shards I can do nothing with because I don’t have the right runes. All day long the trade chat is filled with what to buy X rune … so annoying. Finally when using the runes they are incredibly unbalanced in power, so you are pretty much locked into a few choices. The whole rune system is stupid and I hope to see it gone in season 7.

I do appreciate blizzard trying new things, and I think it was a good try, but it is pretty flawed, and basically ruins the previous solution of what to do with a pile of mythics you can’t use.

  • Along with lowering the drop rate of items, materials and aspects so that players have to stay in the game and grind more.
  • Forcing runes to craft Mythic is simply a strategy to sell the VoH expansion.

All of these things make players lose interest in D4 and this mistake will affect the sales of future D4 expansions because players already know D4 through the P2W type.
