Fought Duriel T4 10 times yesterday, not a single unique with a GA.
Imo Andy, Duriel and the Dog should have in their loot table at least a 100% chance to drop ONE unique with a GA, in T4.
Nothing in D4 is 100% for sure. Except bugs in every patch. 
That said, yes it would be great if the lower bosses didnt feel so pointless to try farm.
You have a better chance finding uniques with GA at Belial in any T’s. You get more at T3 or T4. Drops are 100% with GA but are they good? Usually no but you may get lucky.
the chances have been pushed to greater Belial. everyone is target farming GA gears there.
therefore, for other lair bosses, just keep spamming until lesser Belial shows up to collect the husk. don’t put hope on devs to meddle with % in the middle of season, they already working on season 9 and don’t give a dxmn to season 8 that has been screwed up.
I would love to farm Belial, except his materials just won’t drop for me.
The Devs definitely decreased the drop chances of Ancestral on all existing lair bosses. I believe the intention was to funnel players to Belial, who does have a guarantee to drop ancestral items. I think the intention was that it was designed to be a ladder system where the other lair bosses were intended as a step ladder to get 750 uniques and you got the better versions from the final boss. But, in practice it just feels like Blizzard really screwing the player base on gear drops this season and turning progression for any build int a frustrating slog.

I could be wrong, but I think everyone saying go farm Supreme Belial is trading for the mats. The rumour is they are dupes.
If you do pseudo-SSF, it’s mathematically impossible to just farm Belial as you need to kill several non-Belials to get Baby Belial to spawn and drop his husk. Which is maybe in the region 1 in 10 bosses?
Unless I’m missing something. Can Incursions drop them?
Working as intended. Quality over quantity. Streamers and 3 forums users wanted it so it was highly requested.
