Remove flame shield duration tempers, or just remove the immortality aspect of flame shield.
Give a 50% increase to all sorc multiplicatives. So 10%(x) ->15%(x), or 50%(x) ā 75%(x).
Balance what needs balancing after that
Because bash, thorn barb is bugged, together with the heart seeker rogue. They cant do bug fix mid season as this will ruin their build. Next season no one will play the bash barb and heart seeker as those skill do mediocre damage after bug fix. D4 is a game which meta build is based on exploits and we always have to wait end of season for balancing change as player will cry no fun allowed when they get bug fixed mid season.

You really have no clue how to play this game.
Barb got a whole bunch of Flay buffs. Flay is a strong skill that stacks millions of bleed damage so Rupture can explode for billions of damage. And it gets buffs. Why? Because everyone is using Bash (duh), so of course Flay must be underperforming, so we must buff it. (Blizzard Logic?)
Meanwhile Sorc canāt even get any buffs to any skills other than a tiny Incinerate DR buff, and gets crappy buffs to Combustion instead, oh wow now instead of 2% extra damage we get 4% extra damage! Whee!!!

Bash was a known bug before season started. It came out in the PTR. Blizz didnāt nerf it.
Meanwhile Winterglass and Frozen Orb were nerfed. Why?
Ebonpiercer was also nerfed.
Both were weaker than Bash Temper.
But Barbs get to keep Bash Temper because reasons. God forbid Barbs ever be inconvenienced in this game while Sorcs are on their death bed.
Which PTR thread report about bash barb? It was only reported in a Chinese stream rob2628 shared and didnāt pickup by the dev in the PTR bug fix. It was not on the list compile by Maxroll shared to the developer. Victimize from Rogue also a bug and not fix in the season. Obviously too many bugs for them to fix.
Winterglass in PTR you can easily get 15x conjuration charge with is 15 x 6 = 90% before masterwork, it is overpower and need to bring it down on par with the rest of sorcerer skill like ball lightning and ice spike. Else everyone will be just running around with one build. Ebonpiercer has 100% lucky hit which is not an intended.
Well, there are two options. There will either be shadow buffs or shadow nerfs. Iām more expecting the latter.
The devs donāt play the game as a whole, but the other classes are easier to understand. While Sorc, IMO is probably the hardest class to design if you have zero fundemental awareness of how the class should play, feel and perform; with regards to damage multipliers and situational setups.
Leozhontai, I say this sincerely if you are still a student based on being a CS Major. Be prepared for what will be very odd decision making against the data as you leave school and enter into the corporate world. The data will clearly show one decision and teams will make very different almost opposite decisions.
Decisions are made with by people with biases and teams with power. Fiefdoms protect their interest. There are probably important stakeholders that play Barbarian.
Unless you can understand hidden agendas or even know what those agendas are, it is impossible to understand a decision.

when that joker canāt flexible enough to change the paragon, skills and gear settings during AOZ, he cried about someone does, and the dev listened to him and locked everyone from changing in the mid fight.
when his immortal selig build got nerfed by the dev, he keep nagging about sorcās immortal flameshield have to go because currently this sorc build has been clearing higher Pits than all of his pride barb build.
