I have been to the Undercity multiiple times, and the entrance is in Kurast Bazaar in the southeastern side. But it has disappeared off my map, nor is that NPC (Sihek, was it?) there near the spot where I could port into the Undercity. I have Tributes in my inventory and was planning to use them, but I can’t.
Is anyone having this same problem? Does anyone know why this is happening?
The only change was that you need to complete the story line before you can enter Undercity now but if Tributes are dropping for you then you’ve already done that so I have no idea.
Did you try turning it off and on again?

I restarted, but still no Undercity diamond marker on my map. I had just entered the game fresh about 15 minutes ago, that’s why I didn’t think of restarting the game. There was an update earlier, I wonder if that broke the game. Can you see the Undercity on your map?
I don’t know what you mean. Like an undercity icon actually on the map? I thought you mean it wasn’t visible when standing beside it. Who cares if it’s on the map, you know where it is just go there.
This all started because I didn’t see the diamond where the Undercity Portal was. I went there, and it wasn’t there as well. Prior to this incident, I would always see a diamond icon for it.
If you look at Kurast Bazaar, do you see a purplish diamond icon for the Undercity? That’s what I meant.
No. I did, but not now. That purple diamond denoted a quest objective. If you completed the quest chain, there’s no objective.
Oh, it has become a brazier icon on the map now. This is my first time using a tribute, so I’ve never used it after I finished the series of Undercity quests.
