I didn't use the battle pass and it wasn't converted into platinum

I purchased the Deluxe version, which includes the Battle Pass. However, as in previous seasons, I didn’t like the content and ended up not using the pass. Now, with the update to Season 8, I noticed that I lost the Battle Pass and it wasn’t converted into Platinum either. I’d like to know how to proceed in this case and whether it’s possible to recover the pass or receive a refund in Platinum

Yeah they say compensation is “coming soon”, meaning whenever they feel like it.
