Has anyone else not received cosmetics for D4 and WoW? We are already on January 20 and that is the date I have not received anything, according to them they would be delivered until the 13th, I opened a ticket and they confirmed that I am eligible to receive the cosmetics but that they have had problems with the shipping. I would like to know if they have been sending the cosmetics to wait or request a refund.
I didnt receive them yet either sadly. Thanks for reminding me. Wanted to send a support ticket about it =)

Maybe distribution, if someone has to manually flag and approve the accounts, but that’s a silly way to do digital. But this is Blizzard we’re talking about, so carry on!

Having the same exact issue here. It’s now the 21st this is pretty wild. Did you get any update from the ticket? Will have to submit one as well
i actually got them. got a response as well, and a friend of mine had the same experience that it was automatically added. did you check your stable?
Different GMs answered the support ticket because they did not give me a concrete answer, he cited what they answered in the penultimate answer of the ticket:
After verifying your purchases, you are indeed qualified to receive the rewards. However, we are currently having problems with delivery, so I want to ask you for a little patience until the problem is resolved. You can refer to our forums to be aware of the information or contact us in a few hours please.
And in the last answer:
Upon further verifying your concern, we realized that the previous Game Master commented that we are having several tickets regarding this problem, our team is investigating possible solutions. We recommend keeping an eye on the Forums and Social Networks where we will share any news.
So at this point I don’t know what to do, just buy D4 with the expansion to receive the cosmetics in WoW.

thats indeed odd… i mean, im not an IT guy, but id assume it cant be such a drama to deliver such a “gift”.

all you can do is wait of course and keep reopening your ticket.
you guys got it just check your Bnet launcher at the top to see a gift box and open it to claim the stuff. the Invinsble set is in the D4 stable and the WoW stuff is in your collections no need for a ticket unless you were late and they will check or if you don’t have WoW Xpac installed.
Of course we know what the distribution of the objects is like, that is precisely why tickets were opened, because there are no objects in the “gift box” tab, much less in the stable, when each of the requirements to obtain the cosmetics were met and confirmed by a GM in the support ticket
I have exactly the same problem, I bought both through the battle.net store and I still don’t get anything, I opened a couple of tickets and none of them give me a clear answer, I tried to ask for a refund and they don’t want to refund my money either, Blizzard is laughing in our faces

I have received the promotional cosmetics! After a long wait, today, January 22, they sent me the promotional cosmetics, it was a long wait, but finally, I hope that they have also arrived for others

Ya didn’t get anything. Then they lie to me and say I don’t even have the expansion. Which I’m literally playing on right now. Now they keep closing my ticket and telling me to come here.
oddly enough i did get the d4/wow rewards for this promotion, but i still have yet to get my rewards for vases of hatred
Just be patient gotta remember when the promotion was advertised it was during Christmas through New Years so of course there will be many players to go through until they get their present. ![]()
They just keep telling me I missed it. For some reason it says I didn’t log in till the 10th and can’t really prove otherwise other than to send the receipt but they won’t accept it. It’s actually ridiculous to me that they can’t just add the rewards to an account especially the vessel one since it’s a store item that they could just mark as purchased. Blizzard really sucks nowadays. They used to have the best customer service.
