I contributed 16 goblins to the counter

spent 36 minutes in Nahantu helltide and ended up with 16 goblins, an average of 2 minutes per goblin.
i was using Subo for map tracking and a chain lightning teleporter sorcerer to roam.

in conclusion, the spawn event feels below average, even with a high-mobility class circling the map for 3 rounds.
only 1 legendary with 1 GA dropped from 16 goblins.

the devs should consider buffing the spawn rate and scripting more GA gear drops. don’t let everything feel like the usual vanilla version, make the event more exciting and rewarding.

I killed about 50 in an hour, got roughly 10 1-GA legendaries. The rest I quite literally left on the ground. Coulda been better, coulda been worse too. I give this event a meh out of 10.

Hopped on to help out, rode around the map for an hour and found 4 gobs. Found 2 more in NM dungeons, one of which I summoned with that scroll from the cache. Decided I don’t care enough to continue and went back to D2R S9

thanks, good to know. on average 1 per 1 minute still feels kind a meh? LOL.

My kill rate is fine. The drop rates of the Ancestrals per time spent on them is fine. My issue is the insane amount I’ve killed while not getting any useful Ancestrals or Aspect Upgrades. It’s just Empty Loot.

was the scroll good? i got one, gonna find a spacious dungeon map to test it.

I mean it spawned a gob…nothing special. On a SB so it was dead as soon as it moved.

I have found Subo to be more of an annoyance when goblin hunting.

The normal enemy dots overlap the goblin icons, and even if you see a piece of the goblin icon, you cannot tell if its a material node or not.

Also, he doesnt show you them any farther than normal. Sure you see the orange dots from far away, but it doesnt turn into a goblin icon until you are the same distance away from them as when not using Subo.

Using Subo for this event is a downgrade.
