Hello, I can’t send a private message (whisper) to anyone except the people on my friends list in the game. For example, I want to send a whisper to the person white. It gives me the warning that the whisper could not be delivered to white.

Same for me. Even clan chat give me error message. Since the last update that affected all steam users with a trial version of the game, asking us to buy the game again.

I am not using the trial version. And I have a silence penalty, my penalty expired two weeks ago, but I cannot send whispers to anyone. It asked me to open some settings, but I cannot send whispers even though all the settings are open. I stated with the screenshot that the problem persists, I am waiting for an answer. If your message does not go in the clan chat section, you need to exit the clan and enter it again. The problem is solved after entering and exiting the clan.

if you bought and play your game in steam, yes you cannot whisper people.
