I can't see the Season tab on my menu

Hi can anyone help me? The game is updated but I don’t see the season pass tab on the menu where it’s supposed to be. I don’t even see any sort of option in the shop to unlock it. Is there an in game setting I have to change to see it?

Im having the same problem…my issue is with Diablo 4 not showing seasons as an option…I play on an XBox X Series. I’ve completed the campaign and Logged into my lvl93 Sorceress after the season launched on July 20th, then went onto creating a new character…checked skip campaign box, and Created Character Name… and clicked continue it only brings up internal relm wt1 and wt2 options. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you

Make sure the game has updated. You may have to quit to Home Screen and check for updates manually if it didn’t do it automatically.

The game updated the patch 1.1.0 and then the quick patch prior to me logging in, no updates are present after manually checking either :frowning:

Hmmm, then head on over to Bug forum and report it.

I actually just got it fixed. from the game menue for xbox users youll need to hit the xbox home button and close the game from your home screen. Then boot the game back up and create the character and the seasons option will pop. Not sure why this happens but it worked :thinking:

You have to just create a new character then it will
Ask seasonal to eternal

If you have seasonal character the season tab will be on the left side of the window after pressing 2 squares on your xbox controller. When selected there will be the season quest and reward track.

If I make a seasonal character just to unlock it, can I still progress through the pass on my higher level character??

If both are seasonal yes as I understand it.

So not sure if this is the same problem as everybody else is having. I can see all my tabs lit up for all my items but the tab to the far left that looks like the left button in a drip of blood will not access at all . can’t figure that out for life of me. Can anybody help with that I’m playing on an Xbox s. I also started a brand new character at the beginning of the season. I’m at a level 58 now so I think I should be able to access the blood circle that I see on everybody else’s screen. ??? Please help :grimacing:
