Hello everyone so this has been going on for awhile now and I dont know how to fix it or what else to do. The problem is when I go to create a new character and I want the play on the season I dont have the opinion to skip both campaign and vessel of hatred I just have 3 options skip the regular campaign, Start with the Vessel of hatred campaign, or Skip the vessel of hatred campaign but there’s no 4th option to skip both ive had it before in like season 4 or 5 then after that haven’t seen it since tried report it to blizzard customer support but they told me to go here and ive tried restarting my playstation turning it off wating 30 seconds or longer then turned it back on ive delete the game like 3 times ive restored license multi times ive refresh and still no option im not going back and beating the either campaign over again when ive already done it once any ideas help
It sounds like you haven’t completed the prologue for the VoH campaign. You didn’t have the option to skip it in season 4 or 5, because the expansion launched in S6. Once you complete the prologue, new characters will be able to skip the campaign.

Skipping the regular campaign and starting with the vessel of hatred campaign to me mean the same thing. Are the 3 options not actually, “Start with the original campaign”, “Start with the Vessel of Hatred Campaign” and “Start with Vessel of Hatred campaign completed”?
