I can't get Resplendent Sparks in Diablo 4

I have destroyed unique objects and have never received Resplendent Sparks,I would like to recover the Resplendent Sparks

You need to salvage UBER Uniques, not regular Uniques…

I wish Blizzard would just depict these “uber uniques” different. Give them a purple background and their own beam when they drop and so forth. Newbies coming to the game now have no clue about these things and there is no way (in the game) to tell the difference between a uber unique and a regular unique.

Sadly that would be asking too much. It took 3 seasons to get gear affixs fixed. But chaging the color of the background? Oof theyll need another 4 seasons
