I Can't Find Info: What Does The Star Icon On Gear Mean?

I’m into WT4, and I just found an off-hand item with 2 ‘star’ icons on it.
Can’t find any info about what it means.

It means the item has two Greater Affixes on it.

The two affixes roll higher than they would as a normal affix.
