I can't find a free gift in the shop

I would love to buy cosmetics, but I can’t do it “physically”. So where’s the free gift from the company for the anniversary of the game?

Same. Just logged in, the game said to pick up the free gifts in the shop and nothing.

I’m running into the same issue here. Pretty disappointing. It’s their own anniversary and their messing it up :frowning:

There are patch notes up for 1.4.2 on the site. It’s possible new cosmetics are part of that patch, as they weren’t datamined in the 1.4 patch. They might’ve been in the 1.4.1 patch though, not sure.

EDIT: Nvm, people are able to claim the free mount today.

They literally announce it as you are logging into the game and have a big button to be taken to the shop.

This is a mess up not a “be patient”

I don’t think anyone is worried about not getting the stuff. The question is why is the event hyped, advertised, and linked to but doesn’t work? Just more examples of their QC.

I got a nightmare horse. Thats nice but wont be used because of precious brimstone mount. A nice funny thing like goblin ears or a cool looking Goblin Hat would be cool.

Or imagine a lootgoblin camel mount… or or or… niahahahahahahaaaa
