It won’t let me interact with the coffin in act 5. I’ve logged out, waited six hours and dashboarded. Also there is no yellow marker, just flashing coffin and says save Neyrelle on screen.

I experienced this issue too (on PC). To resolve this, I had to go back through to the start of the area and kill a couple of mobs that were still alive (from the room where we last see Neyrelle).
After killing those mobs, Lorath will do a bit of speech and Neyrelle will spawn in the next room.
You can check for missing mobs by opening the map and looking for red dots.

Me too! Definitely helped. I had a single mob I hadn’t killed back on the other side of the wall where Neyrelle was killed. Pro tip: If you have Lorath following you to the coffin, you have definitely missed a mob! He is supposed to stay with Neyrelle.
