I can't Claim Premium Season Pass reward

Upgraded to D4: Ultimate Edition from Standard Edition.
Season 1 Premium pass activated.
Tried to claim season pass rewards on the bottom

  • CANT CLAIM TIER1 REWARD : Warded Mustang Mount / Coldiron Barding Mount Armor
  • Tier2-47 worked fine though… Only 1st one is the problem…

Please review this issue.

I have the same problem. I purchased the Ultimate Edition of Diablo 4 and have the accelerated battle pass unlocked for season 1. Despite this, I cannot claim level 44 reward of the battle pass. I have completed all levels of the battle pass but cannot redeem this reward. How do I fix this?

After patch 1.1.0c, redemtion for Tier 1 reward IS STILL NOT WORKING.

I am similarly unable to claim rank 83, the Gilded Coldiron Arbalest. I hope we don’t have to wait 3 months for no reply and forgo an entire cosmetic for the season.

Same. I cannot obtain Level 40 reward: Coldiron casque. all other tier rewards are obtainable

Same, the 75th tier can’t be unlocked. If I left click it shows the cosmetic instead of redeeming it.

Still unable to claim tier 50 gloves. unlocked everything else(besides ashes). clicking on the gloves just pulls them up to inspect

Same here with tier 50 gloves. Everything else until 70 worked, but tier 50 is unclaimable (tried on PC and PS5)
