The game normally enters the home screen, there appear my 4 characters created in the witchcraft season, but they are not “clickable”.
I can’t start the game on the green button, nor does the create character option work.
I’m playing on XBOX SX 
, I have the game purchased, it’s not game pass, and I also own the expansion, I noticed this problem yesterday only.
Bummer. Works on PS5. Maybe it’s an Xbox issue.

You didn’t understand, I have the game bought, it’s not game pass, I also bought the EXPANSION, I’ve had the game and I’ve been playing since launch, every season with their season passes. Until last week I was playing normally. But today I simply can’t log into the game with any of my created characters.
I uninstalled the game and installed everything again, I thought it might be some error, but it remained the same.
PS: I have the game on PS5 and everything is normal there, but as I don’t have the expansion there, I only play on XBOX, Blizzard, could you see if there is any error on the platform? Need help here
