I can’t send whispers when playing on the Steam platform, my privacy on Steam is normal, settings on battlenet are set to everyone. I can receive whispers from people but when I reply it says it’s undeliverable. I cannot invite or befriend people in game. I can, if I know their battle.net id, friend them on the app and then communicate/group.
