When I create a character on console, there is no choice on whether I’m creating a eternal realm or seasonal character. After finalizing the look of the character its straight to the eternal realm.
I’m able to create a seasonal character when I play on PC. I don’t know what is going on. The only cause I can think of is that my console version of the game (non gamepass) is tied to my PC Blizzard account.
