I have done 5 tier3 NM dungeons and sigil crafting is still locked out
This was me as well. When you’re already playing on WT3, you’re not expecting to have a bag full of sigils that are not WT3. It was only after closer examination that I saw these were 1 and 2s and I had to LEVEL THOSE UP to 3 and complete a 3 before the quest would unlock and allow me to craft a sigil to check off that task for season journey. Blizzard really should have learned their lesson with Shadowlands with how unpopular bloated and convoluted systems are with players. They do nothing but confuse people, and there’s an old adage “If you confuse them, you lose them.”
