So I’ve been using the Diablo 4 discord “Sanctuary” for matchmaking activities since the game has released. Since about a week ago I’ve been unable to send out friend requests for some odd reason. I’m still able to receive them and can join others, but when I try to send them out nothing happens.
I had this problem. I solved by cleaning my “Sent Friend Requests” list.
Open your Battle.net client. Just below your nickname in the upper right corner, there are two icons, “Add a Friend” and “Friends Settings”. Go to Friends Settings and click on the first option “View Sent Friend Requests”. From there you can clean the list so the client allows you to send new ones.
