I’ve submitted all the necessary proof of purchase and evidence showing I can’t access the DLC, but the only responses I’ve received are the usual ‘restart’ and ‘update’ suggestions. It’s now been over 24 hours without any reply. At this point, I feel like the worst idea I had was purchasing and playing a Blizzard game.

I am still experiencing the issue of not being able to access the Spiritborn character I started after purchasing the DLC. On PS5, PSN: UCLAKoolman

Edit: tried again the following morning and it’s working again.
