Hello,
I have been playing this game for awhile now, and each boss fight is just a color mix of red over red on red. I’ve been playing with a higher ping than usual (because we don’t have servers near us; the closest one is 120 ms on a normal day). So my reaction time to stuff being red on the ground that is not my corpse is way slower than other clusters. Definitely curious on how the developers can “fix” this. Some of you might not have this issue, but it made me alt-f4 so many times, why all the fights and the bosses dmg stuff are just red over red.
Red on red:
Helltide, Lilith, Grigoire, Varshan, Lord Zir and NOW every single pit boss. all of them are just different red color
[i have done some adjustment to colors and gamma and still not what I can see and react too.]
did you try the color blind settings? i mean yea, playing with a high ping is a struggle, but this eventually can help you?

From what I’ve seen that doesn’t help. It just makes it a different shade of the same color. So a red into a purple or a green. I get where he’s coming from though.
It’s a matter of everything being the same exact color just slightly different shades of it and it doesn’t stand out enough against the background either. If fireballs or blood missiles were a different color entirely it’d help a lot for those having issues seeing the things.
Hell even a white border around them would help, or some other color that isn’t red.

Yes i did, unfortuntly it didn’t help, tried different settings with my monitor as well, swapping HDR on and off to see better.

ah - didnt try them myself yet as they arent needed for me, thanks for clarifying.
its pretty much what they did to uber lilith in p2, by making her fire balls white/blueish which indeed helps a lot

Brown on brown too. The number of times I assume I ran into one of those dust swirls and died is pretty high.

Yeah some of them are pretty bad. I like the Uber Lilith update though. It’s way easier for me to see now. Really I only have trouble when necro has stuff all over the ground or Sorc stuff everywhere. Then it’s a lot harder to see for me.
