Overpower is still worth using, just not breaking the bank for. Eg if you have the Xan rune, it may still be worth using absent some clearly better option. Or if, like me, you got a good Banished Lords Talisman chaos armor, it may also be worth using depending on what your other options are.
Still worth using… but not building for it.
Thanks for this…if i’m running Ice blades/LS/hydra with top CDR do i need to run the wolves rune that all the guides call for? …to have 8 wolves/summons up all the time?
Just if you’re having difficult to keep the maximum stacks of Primordial Bindind. If you can keep 10 stacks of PB 100% uptime without the wolves, they’re not needed, but is a nice QoL and constant passive damage.
Wolves attack and apply vulnerable.
