Doing the questline for Hunting the Relic Hunter: Go to The Accursed Wastes kill a few npcs, get the prompt to “Speak with Rakhaan.” He is standing there but i cant speak with him at all. I saw in another thread that if you switch World Difficulty it can fix the bug. Tried every available difficulty and still cant speak to Rakhaan.
Any out here have an idea on how to fix?
