On portion of quest with the Objective to Speak to Rakhaan by where the petrified corpses were. He is just standing there and I cannot speak to him. Blue quest marker is not over his head but it shows his location anywhere else on the map.
Same for me! He has blue marker on the map but as soon as I approach it dissapers and guy is unable to speak to!

same bug, still hasn’t been fixed 
tried logging in and out, but it’s still broken. tried abandoning + restarting the quest, also didn’t work.
anyone else find a fix?
