Does anyone use this item? I cant see any good way to make use of this. The buff that gives your next werebear skill no cost and no cooldown just doesnt seem to be useful at all. There isnt even a werebear skill that has both a cost and cooldown. Maybe im missing something idk.

It’s very useful if you kill things with shred, or use the tempest roar helm to make your storm skills werewolf skills and kill things with those…. And you can have 100% uptime on debilitating roar which provides massive damage reduction.
The only issue with this is, for this to work Debil roar needs to be a bear skill which means you can’t use dire wolf form. But you can still do it with a non grizzly rage werewolf or storm build.
you get so much healing outta having debli roar up after every kill
If you use claw, and pulverize then you can kill with pulverize and heal with claw.
You can also use vasily’s helmet to get free boulders, earthen bulwarks and landslides

I did a shred / trample build using the ring, worked well. Shred reset trample, trample granted spirit on cast. Made a youtube video of it.
