When you do a nightmare dungeon on level 50 now, you just geht 1/8 level for a dungeon that needs 30-45 minutes when playing solo and not having a facerolling meta build.
I think this is a little bit slow and it is:
- not friendly for people with not much time
- not friendly for players who like to play multiple characters
- not friendly for solo players
Grp players have SO many advantages in this game…
What about the solo players blizzard… ??? Whey are they always punished by global nerfs?
I understand every solo player loosing interest these days… it’s too hard, it’s too slowly, it’s too unrewarding. Espacially for the casuals.
But simple leveling up at level 50 should be much, much faster than it is now.
And it should be fair for solo players.
BLIZZARD, pls don’t punish solo players more and more.
Stop global adjustments!
Just prevent exploiting the group bonusses. Remove the 15% Xp in groups.
And do something against people carrying others with level 20 to tier 4…

Make sure you are doing dungs that are your lvl +3. Use a potion. Play with a friend. It goes fast.

The real nerf to solo players was them removing the reset button. Makes no sense since you can still reset in a party…

30-45 minutes? the worst builds on the world should not be taking this long

Yeah, on my level 73 hydra sorc playing key level 21 is really pain. 
I did not mess the time, but 30 minutes is normal.
Now I did 2 tests:
a) level 20 rogue on wt 2, got 1.2 level for the dungeon, seems fine 
b) level 53 necro on wt 3, got 10% level for the dungeon 
So it’s no matter if it’s a normal dungeon or a nightmare dungeon (key), the new scaling is for level 50+
its taking me that long because I havent gotten the aspects I need to make my minion build decent x.x it keeps dropping me stuff that doesnt help me at all
Did they change anything recently? Nightmare Dungeon XP always sucked. It gets even worse as you get higher in level. Pushing yourself and challenging yourself is a waste of time and makes you level slower.
Tree XP sucks. Event XP sucks. Helltide XP sucks.
Everything besides split farming normal faceroll dungeons sucks atm. It takes hours to get a single level at higher levels if you’re not playing in a group. It’s really not well designed and they didn’t listen to feedback in closed beta about how bad it feels to level later on.
Hopefully next patch they’ll buff something? 
Reminds me of D2 leveling. Hitting 100 was a VERY long time in that
I can’t remember leveling took so long when my sorc was in the 50’s.
So I guess, they hotfixed something to prevent players from leveling too fast while split farming. But they did not recognize that they will punish the solo players with this change…
I really like to play multiple chars to see something different after hours of playing the same class…
But when this change is the final state, it’s no fun to play more than 1 char…
dont worry … they will change it very quickly, i bet within 2 years as D3 …
current gameplay style is no longterm sustainable for players …
the grind is insane …
too many conditions for everything … every skill … but unfair and not finished … there are skills if you level them up with items above limits, you wont get any bonuses
i actually hate that they are forcing you to play higher tiers and they forcing you to use certain type of weapons even when they say “play the game the way you want to” … such lies …
i want to use swords but cant because you cannot transmog an axe into sword …
i hate maces … the arsenal system is extremely ugly … having two 2h weapons on your back in X position, its unusable irl … and you have to use them even though you dont want to because of their passive bonuses …
what more … the arsenal is glitching shadows with light radius which is even more annoying … i ever wonder if they will ever address it and fix it or do something about it cuz past 3 years, they did nothing
D2 leveling to 99 was slow, but leveling in D2 to like 85 or maybe even 90 was actually faster than D4 I think.

I mean we all wanted D4 to be not level 100 after 5 hrs like in D3. That’s fine.
But 10% for a dungeon at level 50? I would understand at 70+ or something like that…
I hope they will change this until season 1.

Level 70 is only 20% of the way to level 100. Level 85 is 50% of the way to 100.
It’s especially punishing for solo players past level 50.
Groups get party bonus, and faster clear speeds because they’re in a group. They should either nerf XP need between 50-80, or they should give solo players the same party XP bonus.
Why do groups get to double/triple dip bonuses for XP gain? They’ all ready have an advantage because they’re in a group and there is no monster scaling based off of group sizes.

Sure, but after 70 youve unlocked everything until they add higher world tiers in future seasons.
It’s similar for POE. At ~80ish you can do most everything. Theres no real point to hitting 100. Particularly now since this is essentially the shortest season we’ll ever have
I got from 50 to 62 in around 4 hours yesterday on an alt… doing nightmare dungeons
This is 2 minutes each nightmare dungeon. Impossible.

Can’t even open boss chests until level 84!
Yeah definitely, to 85 or even 90 or so in D2 isnt that bad. Its the last 5-10 levels that take forever. D4 feels like it takes forver above like 60-70.
