Since one week and a half before (as of today 27/05) we got 3 or 2 small updates. Game was running fine until we got those 3 small updates (there was a banner note about nvidia problems during the 1st or 2nd of these updates).
I don’t know if the nvidia problems had been solved, I’m running AMD, but the game was running fast and fine until then, since then right after you launch the game the character screen is absurd laggy, when you hit start:
1 - the game freezes
2 - it takes about 5-10 minutes to load the character / game
When the game loads after the 5-10 minutes, it starts rellay sluggish, and most of the time, in 1-5 minutes you get a client disconnected and get back to the character screen. This time, the character menu feels way faster, and you also log in almost “normally” but still much slower than before those 3 updates.
When you succeed loading your char, you feel a slow response time from servers in almost every action you do, getting through a portal, opening social tab, or even inventory.
I see a lot of people with the same problem and above are my details to help.
Please rollback the 3 last small updates / investigate from there as you might find the answers of what went wrong.
