Curious how people are planning on leveling up their characters in Season 4.
I know a lot of people choose the Skip Campaign option - but, how do you plan on leveling up? Do you just do the seasonal quest and then run dungeons to get your codex powers for your builds? What after that? Farming Helltides? (Helltides are available earlier in Season 4 now)
Will you try to find groups on Discord to farm high-density dungeons and NM Dungeons over and over again?
Is there any bonus to doing the campaign again? Or is it too slow to level with compared to just farming a specific activity?
Do you do all the (blue) renown quests again? Or skip those too?
Is there a specific Stronghold you run multiple times without completing it like in previous seasons? (I think it was Temple of Rot?)
What’s YOUR plan?
I will just follow the guide from Raxx and doing Helltide for the fastest leveling.

For me, skip campaign, start in WT2, play helltides and seasonal quests until WT3, then more helltides and dungeons until WT4.

Helltides are the quickest. Combine with Whispers found in the Helltides, and the cheap Mystery Chests, and you can hit WT3 in less than 3 hours.

The Helltide.
See you all in there on Tuesday!

Will start doing the seasonal campaign (quests), then helltides on WT2 to 35-40ish, then capstone.
In WT3 I will only do helltides until 55ish then capstone.
In WT4 I will do some combo of helltides/strongholds(if I am to weak) up to 70ish… then NMD’s to 100.
Doing this as minion necro, I hope WT3 and WT4 is doable that early, if not I will do the stronghold farm as the mobs are at my level.

For me I run the seasonal quest. Then quick push to WT 3 & 4 using whispers to level. Once in WT 4 NM dungeons with an occasional helltide to break up the monotony. Always runing a potion & incense for 10% xp boost.
All the Helltides and as Shivera mentioned above, the whispers, Mystery chests and whatever world events pop.
Oh and the seasonal quest.
All the while moving up in WT as soon as possible.

By killing stuff. It gives XP. Crazy I know
But on a serious note, WT2 do the seasonal quest line while running Helltides and Whispers in the down time, complete Capstone Dungeon at lvl 35, do Strongholds, back onto Helltides untill lvl55, next Capstone Dungeon, Strongholds round 2, Helltides again untill lvl 70, start NMDs to level up glyphs and do Helltides in tandem, when i did my NMD 46 dip my toe into the Pit.
If you see someone running after you in Helltides… it might be me lol! Stalking for threat meter spawns…
I was going to run the campaign, but I’ve done it, and it’s not really compelling enough to do it again, so definitely Helltide/Whispers. If I level fast enough, and feel like making an HC character too, I’ll need to do the campaign, as I have not done so on HC.
I reran the campaign in S3 for the 1st time since launch. Once every three seasons was not bad and I was surprised how many details I forgot.

Helltide and NMDs, is there another way?
The normal way (not necessarily campaign), not into repetitiveness just to be 30-40% faster
I’d rather enjoy the game than force myself for efficiency where isn’t really required (as levels ramp up, and hopefully difficulty along with it, would probably try optimize into more efficiency)
B.T.W., the “campaign spots” were available on PTR even when not playing the Campaign (Vhenard was open for example AND the map wasn’t bombarded with Whisper stuff, at least not early, i.e. early game is “cleaned up” a bit which is something I liked actually
)
Perhaps they actually opened campaign stuff for even “non-campaign” runs, we’ll see
I just do the season quest along with a mix of helltides, and dungeons/quests etc., I try to slow my leveling as much as possible, and avoid using potions etc, that add bonus xp unless I really need the resistance boost early on for some content.
I just play it by ear. Although I do like to try complete the battle pass while I level as it tends to keep things varied along the way. Just doing one thing over and over would bore me to tears.
I don’t try to blast to 100 as fast as possible but I do tend to get there within the first week all the same.
Helltide, Strongholds and kill every mobs u see on screen? lol
Sadly, it seems they have taken the fun out of leveling to appease the noobs, who need to have the ttc afap
Its a helltide season so helltide n dungeon
Looks like no more Dopamine Tunnels? Helltide better now?
I stop consuming D4 content so I am kinda clueless
