How to use aspects in the current version of the game?

The occultist in Kyovashad seems t have disappeared.

Salvage legendaries at the blacksmith. The aspect will get added to the codex (@ occultist). Go to occultist to imprint an aspect from the codex, as needed.

Small mark on the top right of a legendary icon (when talking to a vendor) tells you if it can update your codex when salvaged.

They have moved around so all vendors are closer to eachother, just look at the map.

Thanks. I incidentally found the occultist too. Turns out he was relocated to the tree of whispers
