I have over 1300 potent blood.
I did the initial Blood Mother quest.
I have pasts on my gear.
How do you open the Vampiric Powers??? There is no obvious tab or button to press. Please help!
Go to your inventory, click on the left-most tab that ls left of your gear tab. Click on the bug red button on the lower center of that tab, Repeat over and over until you level up all the powers you want.
I know where the tab is. It was grayed out.
Solution: As you start the season and complete the very first couple of [Season Quests] you get “The Hunter’s Chase” quest, which introduces Vampiric Powers and gives you access to your Sanguine Circle.
NOTE: Mine was glitched out and I had to complete all of the normal campaign quests and start the questline again in Nightmare.
BLIZZARD: Please patch this so it doesn’t glitch out to begin with. This is a known issue and it needs to be addressed.
