That item you got is “Account Bound”, as in you can’t trade it with anybody.

which is a good thing in my opinion (since some items should only be earneable through playing)
that being said, shako is one of the strongest item , it can very well serve one of your alt in seasonal (or eternal)

getting multiple of the same ubers sucks tho i got 2 lycanders now and i can hardly use 1
Don’t farm Duriel on Sorc/Druid so you at least have a chance to get more usable uber uniques.

You take to blacksmith, click salvage for the materials. Then meet in dark ally to trade mats to someone else who then re-constitutes the shako after they smuggle back across the border to Kehjistan.
Note: Just to be clear only joking. Please don’t salvage. Donate to the orphan of poor RNG sorcerers.

BUT i dont play any character (this season) who uses those weapons so i have no use for them
afaik drop rate is 2%
if i play sorc/druid there are a total of 5 diffrent uber uniques i can get
if i play another class there are 6 diffrent ones i can get
if the drop rate is equal of all ubers (which i kinda assume it is than the odds of me getting the one i want (shako) is better as a sorc
I don’t group, but in D3, you used to be able to trade anything that dropped with people you killed the mob with in the group. Is that not a thing in D4?
D3 whiners made sure we can never trade. All their wahhh wahhh wahhh will keep it that way

Sadly no,
i say “sadly” because i think items should stay bound (even ancestral rare) except through a system similar to D3’s which was great :
you could only give items to the player/friend that played with you at the time of the drop.
meaning : harder to RMT your way out and most of all : the RMT website wouldn’t be able to sell anything (outside of services i guess , but for those there is nothing to do sadly to prevent that, but atleast everything direct item related wouldn’t be RMTeable)
if it was like D2 (open trade) it would become, like D2 , a RMT and bot wasteland with more bots than actual players
Even though legendary/unique cannot be traded (which is a good thing) at the moment, ton of website sell rares, mats etc… for actual money
which devalue quiet a lot : Hardcore , PVP and future leaderboard and the seasonal reset itself
while also breaking the devs philosophy of the game that is high items should be earned through playing only.
Actually I think their LBs may be tear proof, arent they using the casual gimmick of challenge rifts? Same gear, same dungeon, same mobs NO TEARS. No way trading will mess that up, and PVP is another whiney SMALL segment of the game, guess everyone has to do only what they like. Diablo the IP is long gone I guess. Down to casual bob catering now
They are BOP if they were tradable we wouldnt have such an insanely high drop rates on them.

It just fuels RMT and spam chat bots. Best to put that 2nd shako on your alt.
Often the ppl that QQ about an economy often falls in 1 of the 3 categories above.
