As title states, how do I target farm tempest roar other than spamming NM dungeons?

Helm chests in helltides, Duriel, and Andariel.

all of that doesn’t help actually, I got my first tempest roar from trading by paying only 10m gold for it even tho it was a badly rolled one. However that allowed me to transition from a trash build into werenado and I self found a 23% from NM tier 77 mob after which I could not have possibly done so without purchasing the first tempest roar.

if anyone want a tempest roar on the new season i’ve plenty of them and i don’t mind giving them.

any kind of unique drops from chests, you can find 2h unique maces in boots chests etc.
