Did all sorts of googling but nowhere did I find HOW to add a gem to a socketed item. SUPPOSEDLY a Jeweler can do this BUT I just opened the Jeweler and nothing says anything about SOCKETING a gem to a piece of gear. Or is this redacted in the beta?
If the item got a socket, just put it in yourself. That’s it.
Jeweler is only needed to add a socket.
Drag and drop over the piece of armor/weapon you want.

D/oh, do I feel dumb, somehow I never thought drag n drop would apply here (given I’m pretty sure I read one had to visit a Jeweler to socket a gem AND mightbe challenging for those playing on consoles.
You wonder why they make games more and more dumbed down, when you can’t even figure out how to socket a freakin’ gem. SMH.
