How to kill uber lilith with necromancer?

How to kill this lady… she’s so hard with one shot mechanic wave… is there anyway to dodge it properly?? I try going to the edge but the wave seems to come randomly and not from the middle…
Please anyone can explain the rotation or how to dodge this move properly without bloodmist all the time
Dying from the summon 2 demon and then wave 2 times far too may times now… If I can’t kill the demon fast enough she just wave nonstop without pause

There is a Wowhead write-up doing a respectable job covering wave mechanics you can search for.

For me what worked was parking in the SE corner and doing the following…

Big Double Wave: Giant wave spawning in front of Lilith. Can’t miss it. If close dodge through her and get behind it before the spawn. If far move sideways and find an opening to get out of the way.

Straight Waves: Normal and reverse version. Picture three adjacent lines with waves spawning on them alternating their direction. Identify the set of waves coming toward you via the front and dodge/run quickly behind them prior to their spawn. Adjust which “line” (middle or side track) in the pattern you’re setting up on, depending on wave type (normal/reverse) and position.

Triangle: Normal and Clockwise version. Hard to explain and more reactionary. Short version is identify the type/pattern then move very fast out of the small murder circle and in the right direction toward a safe area in the pattern.

Honestly, I Blood Misted on Triangle waves. The timing is brutal (felt inconsistent too), I only had to deal with them at the end of add phases and it’s hard to see where they’re at in these periods. It felt like a logical choice.

In some cases enough of a wave pattern may spawn outside the circle. If this happens you can optionally run to the wave-free area. You might still need to dynamically adjust a little when doing so.

I’m fairly confident the wave spam behavior you mentioned is triggered by pushing her below 45% too early without doing sufficient DPS to get her to spawn the 2nd add set (too much and not enough DPS at the same time… the fight is weird that way). I suspect it’s bugged.

You can avoid this by holding back boss DPS a bit in the first add phase and pushing her to ~50%. She flies away, returns, you clear the orbs she drops and carefully push her to ~45% (but not below it). She should fly away again and return to spawn the 2nd adds. Prepare/pop any CD’s you need and melt/kill her here. Finish the adds and deal with the incoming wave (probably a triangle version).

Clear up any orbs potentially left over from the adds and twiddle your thumbs whilst mentally preparing for the hard part. Unless your DPS has breached the Stratosphere. In that case you get to bypass the insanity when Lilith revives. Except for the “she can’t die until she’s ready” bit (again, the fight is funny that way).

Yeah, I also think so. If you use Bone Spear and are planning to skip her mechanics, fully commit into optimizing your gear else you will bug her and the fight becomes harder.

Also the cheese/skip method with Bone Spear depends on RNG. If it’s not going smoothly then just die and restart the fight.

It’s very strange because when delaying on that first add phase she transitions to the second add phase around that 45% marker. Get her very low in that first add phase, while the first adds are spawning, and it magically switches to spawning the second adds in the middle of the phase.

If you end up pushing her below 45% but not low enough to trigger this add switch she proceeds to do a wave, land, fly away and rinse/repeat 6+ times in a row. She will eventually decide it’s time to stop and spawn adds but it’s quite brutal.

Fortunately, dealing with another orb phase by delaying in the first add phase doesn’t make the fight that much harder.

The mechanics you really want to skip are Puddles → Spirits and her Enrage move on the second life. Both of those are quite difficult to handle. Perhaps not conceptually but they’re tough to execute.

It’s hard to avoid the wave without blood mist because of lag / ping / desync… sometimes the waves doesn’t even touch me and I die… but still keep trying… the fight is fun but with lilith moves so erratically and inconsistent in the one shot mechanic pattern it’s brutal
Not to mention necromancer inability to run fast lol

Just spec like this guy and kill her in about 5 seconds.
