How to get Tier 2 Infernal Compass?

So I recently moved to WT4, and I’ve had a decent number of tier 3 Infernal Compasses drop, but no tier 2s.

Apparently Tier 3 compasses have level 100 enemies, and I’m not ready for that yet. And I can’t do Tier 1 because that’s WT3 only.

Any way to get a Tier 2 compass other than going back to WT3 and playing Tier 1s there until I get an Abyssal Scroll to upgrade a tier 1?

I believe you can craft them at an occultist with the same materials used for nightmare sigils.

Edit- just confirmed they can be crafted at an occultist:
Materials needed:
Sigil Powder x190, Forgotten Soul x5

T2 Compass is WT3 I believe.

Ya…the question is how do I get a scroll without either dropping back to WT3 to do tier 1, or fighting level 100 enemies on tier 3, which I’m not ready for?

t2 compasses are wt4. they are mob lvl 75-99 depending on your level.
