How to get rid of druid spirit offering

All of the slots for quest are full of the spirit offering. I cant pick anything else up.

Do the quest thats been sitting in your quest log since level 15. Clear the stronghold and turn in your spirits.

in that quest you have to pick up another quest item but guess what quest items full

This will be fixed in patch 1.1.3 on 29 august. You will be able to drop the spirit offerings from inventory.
