So i’ve been trying all day to get in. I finally got the game to start up and now when I get to the character creation screen where I can pick my class, the game keeps crashing.
Any way Blizz might just give the ones that are trying yet can’t get in the mount?
I ask because if they’re mess up makes it so I can’t play and get the mount, I’m ready for refund. There is a lot about the game that kinda bugs me but I can get over most of it as I know they can’t get every little thing in people want but if they are offering a mount like this and it’s the only way to get it, Then they have to make it so people can get it.
I’ll take my hundred back if they can’t even get this right… Anyone else feeling the same?
(Edit) may 12 -As of 11 pm PST, I’ve gotten one toon made. I’ve had to super speed click in some places and let other things just sit for a few minutes…
I think it’s a problem on your end. I have been logging in and out all day and playing just fine. Haven’t even hit a queue other than the standard “<1 min” one that briefly flashes on the screen when loading.
I’ve reinstalled the game three times, I’ve found a way past the Driver bug, and now I"m stuck where I can’t click on a single class.
So far this is starting to look like the WoW team at work here. I had higher hopes for the Diablo team.
I"m running Ryzen 5 4k, GTX 1650, 16gb ram, everything is up to date.
what are your settings at? That graphics card is pretty midrange and older. I dunno about your processor as I don’t know much about the AMDs other than the newer ones. Have you tried turning everything on as low as possible to see if its better?

For the record, if you’re running anything above low-mid settings with this set up, you’re likely running out of RAM. Windows already chews up 4GB of RAM. Diablo 4 at medium settings will use approximately 8gb. Other applications you may be running will use another GB or two.
Worst case scenario, your GPU is on the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to performance. x50 cards aren’t gaming cards. I’m not sure if it’s affecting your ability to play because from what you described it sounds more like a memory problem or a driver problem, but anything is possible at this point.
