So after getting forced on a different Realm with 500ms Ping, like when you did a Trade or Boss Rota how do i get back to my own Realm without a Game restart? With the great QOL this Game has, i bet there is such a Function, i am just not able to find it.

From Eternal to Seasonal you cannot.
From Seasonal to Eternal, you will just need to wait. 
The only way I know of is to leave game, back to the character select screen, and start game again, not a full game restart though. It’s possible there might be a way to get back to your region via waypoints or teleporting, as those do move you from one server to another but it’s still likely designed to keep you in the same region, so may not be possible.
ask someone add you to his group and you will be transferred to his realm.
After that, ask him to leave the group.
When the game ask if you want to back to your realm you press NO.
I did that with a friend to do the PvP quest to kill a player.
of course it doesn’t works if both are in the same realm.
tbh that’s worse than just restarting game session 
depends what you need. to kill my friend and complete the achiv it was the only way.
If you mean server often I’ll tp out from a helltide with a big group on maiden to salvage and portal back to an empty version :(. So… try portaling?
