Are you blind, Blizzard executives? From the very first day, duplicated event tickets were being sold in bulk, and you did nothing. Now, duplicated gear is flooding the game—how can you possibly ignore this?
If there would be a real money AH, they would have done something. As long as it doesn’t affect the economy of activi$ion, nothing will be done

The economy is in shambles… this is the first season I’ve played in ages. Is it always this bad?

As I never use players exchange, I don’t know but people keep complaining about that since 2 seasons. Duping tickets since 2 seasons and suspects for equipments.
It is pretty bad… day one of the season people were selling items and runes for billions of gold. No chance that gold is legitimate unless there are farming methods I am not familiar with.
Item dupers must be selling items to merchants to create infinite gold or something. Blizzard really should have shut down trade until this was dealt with.
If this has been going on for multiple seasons though I guess it is possible the method isn’t so easy to fix. Might be something that is hard coded into the game to such a degree that implementing a fix would break everything.
Not a good look at all for Blizzard. Bare minimum they should be dishing out permanent bans left and right to at least ATTEMPT to remove some of this gold from the economy.
They did not even fix spammer bots …
I’ve obtained the phone number of one of the duplication ringleaders. There are currently two competing teams engaged in a price war, which has driven the price of materials down to just 0.2 RMB per set - that’s Chinese yuan, not US dollars.
It could be anyone’s spoofed number. Blizzard seems to be ok with duoenand goldsell. They are here since S1 and nothing has been done
