RNG is killing me. He’s in every second NM dungeon at the moment.
Killed him multiple times on HC, got the title and achieve but he’s appearing way too much. Surely after we’ve killed him multiple times he can disappear for a while?

Luck of the D20 dice roll, i have gone so many more than 2 and not one spawn so much i thought they nerfed it…lol. I suggest get better at running if the fights are slow.
can be a quicker option sometimes.

And like in the original Diablo1, he drops trash. Of course that applies to all the drops in this game.

honestly i didnt see him in the last 20 runs or so. now i know why, hes always busy with you! lets us have some piece of the butcher too ^^

why are you saying no to guaranteed Legendary?
And cleaver is limited to barb and druid if u somehow get this trash unique.
the cleaver doesnt only drop from him tho, the unique drops anywhere, its the horse trophy that can drop from him. ^^

RNG is RNG. I get him in about every 1in10 NMD’s. Sometimes even less often.
He only spawns when mobs are significantly higher than you.
15/20 lvls.
Anything close to your level, he won’t appear.
Not sure if this is intentional but this is my experience. Push lvl 65>68 NMd and he’s there about 60% of the time.
Anything close to my level and nothing, nada, zip.
i only saw him like 5 times personally yet i did tons of NMD.
so RNG is RNG i guess 
You are being (un)lucky, i haven’t seen him for a while 
Because legendaries are just rares with an aspect, nothing more.
agree, you u wish to no see any legendary at all? strange taste.
This is not true, have encountered him dozen times regardless of level dicrepencies between character and monsters, it is simply just random.
P.S. Wish I could encounter him on every single dungeon so those who don’t like him, I would have happily traded seats with you.

Just wish the probabilities of mine matched with yours so frequently, perhaps a conditional spawn bug(?).
I got him twice in Sarat’s Lair, in the final room, so I had to fight him and Sarat the same time… twice xD Well, more barber procs baby.
