I believe there will be a detailed list just before or on release?
The streamers seem to indicate from the recent campfire meeting with BLIZZARD that this was likely, as the devs said they were not going through everything because there was too much. Words to that effect. Not specifically on tempering but the gist was there was much more to cover that would be covered. We’ll have to wait and see…
