I wanted to try a couple of build this season, but seeing as it is such a pain to change build and seeing as I managed to get to level 79 in a single day…
I was thinking, perhaps I could create a few alt characters for each build hey?
I guess the stash is shared… good!
What about crafting mats? (asking from work, cannot check it myself)
Anyway, asking how easy or hard it is to use alt to make multiple builds?
Anyone having played multiple character in D4 could share their experience, please?
Crafting mats and gold is shared. even some tempering manuals are shared. u should be able to make some strong alts.

Nice, sounds like it could be an option!
Some people want to start the game this weekend, might join them on my alt!
Gotta use Elsa, my new Frozen mage!

Everything is shared between alts, Materials, tempering manuals, codex aspects, gold, obols, and if you’re on the seasonal realm all of your progress from the seasonal journey and any urns you’ve invested in for bonuses.
If you’re going from a rogue to rogue you’ll have access to all the tempering manuals and aspects you found on your previous rogue. If you go from a rogue to a barb though, you’ll only have access to the non-class specific ones of course.
Paragon Glyphs are about the only thing not shared. So if you leveled up certain glyphs on one character you won’t have access to them on another character and you will have to find them all over again and re-level them.

The one thing I would say is save some good pieces at the gear requirement cutoffs. Especially if they are uniques the classes can share.
Many times with my alts I get to a certain level and am like “damn I wish I had not salavged that Tibault’s I wasn’t using”
But overall it is fairly easy to level an alt. And with trading being more open now… it should be exactly what you want +the time to level.
Try not to sing while you do dungeons. It is not possible.

What do you mean not sing? I have too! And the cold never bothered me anyway!

My very first character on launch was an blizzard/shards build named Elsa. It was fun at first. And then you are humming it in your head when you think you have moved past it. Sometimes not even in front of the pc. Family members may ask “WTF are you humming”. Don’t make eye contact.
