I purchased the “Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred - Expansion Bundle” on Steam. This comes with both the base Diablo IV game and the Standard Edition of Vessel of Hatred. How can I upgrade to the Ultimate Edition? There are no options on steam to purchase the Deluxe or Ultimate Editions in a bundle with the base gam, currently.

I am going to preface this by noting that Blizzard is by far the most useless customer support in existence as their ONLY help was to send me here. Steam wasnt much better initially, however did end up actually offering a solution.
Steam for Diablo4 is not registering that I’d bought the Deluxe edition on the store front. And in-game will ONLY try to send you to the store front so its basically an infinite loop.
Steam advised me to get approval from Blizzard for them (Steam) to refund the Deluxe edition so I can repurchase the Ultimate, not that Blizzard in any way shape or form deserves more of my money with their abysmal customer support.

Great! You got a solution (very strange, but still a solution).
I am very frustrated. Blizzard sent me here to REGISTER the bug. Zero solution. And I am very chocked: so many people with the same problem as mine, all of them without solution. There are posts dated from June 9!!!
Why are Blizzard offering upgrade if since June they know it’s not work?
