I have a bunch of tier 1 nightmare sigils, and I’ve completed several of them, always with 0 deaths, but they remain tier 1. Am I not doing something that I need to do in order to rank them up above tier 1?
Craft them! After 10nm dungeons you get sigil crafting and salvaging quest. They can also drop randomly, but most consistent way is to craft them. You are getting Sigil dust from whispering tree and lots from legion event.
Also it seem sigil tier drop in world scales with your level while sigil tier drop in NM scales with current NM (+/- 3)
Oh, I see! I assumed they’d rank up after completing them. Like if you beat a tier 1, it then becomes a tier 2 or higher depending on performance. So they never rank up like that? You just need to craft higher tiers? I guess I need to run more to unlock sigil crafting!
Honestly I often get higher NM sigil tier drop while doing NM (I would say it is consistently growing) but on Tier 1 I also had to run a few before I got first T3, atm I simply craft whatever I want when pushing higher (I have few thousands of sigil dust without ever specifically grinding for it or anything)
Yeah, do few more runs, you will get priority quest and some sigil to salvage meantime, good chance some of them will be T2-T3.

Ya i ran 8 dungeons so far and i cant get a tier 2 to drop to save my life its frustrating as hell … seems more of a luck thing going to grind it out tomorrow and come back with the results
Hmmm i didnt craft a single one, i only dc them so far. Got so many of them. They are droping in NM dungs and they keep getting up. If you finished lvl 1, you sure had to find higher…
Finally got a tier 2 it seems to drop at a rate of 1 out of 10 dungeon runs
